Associate Professor at the Institute of International Relations at the University of São Paulo (USP), with research in the areas of foreign policy analysis, international politics, legislative studies, and bureaucracy. Currently, he is a professor at the Graduate Program in Political Science at USP and also at the Graduate Program in International Relations at USP. He is a researcher at CAENI - USP (Center for Studies of International Negotiations). He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo.
