• Dean and Associate Dean;
• Presidents of the following committees: Undergraduate (CG), Graduate (CPG), Research and Innovation (CPqI), Culture and University Extension (CCEx), Inclusion and Belonging (CIP), and National and International Cooperation;
• Student (undergraduate and graduate) and technical and administrative staff representatives.

I – deliberating on agreements and contracts entered into by the Institute in which USP is the contracted party, after consultation with the relevant committees;
II – annually evaluating the academic monitoring program for re-planning purposes;
III – approving the rules governing the recruitment and operational procedures of the academic monitoring program;
IV – approving the Institute's annual budget; and
V – deliberating annually on the previous year's financial report.
