Associate Professor at the University of São Paulo. Has experience in the fields of Law and International Relations, with an emphasis on International Political Economy, Global Economic Governance, and International Economic Law, mainly working on topics such as international trade, foreign direct investment, antitrust policies, developing economies, and comparative constitutionalism. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of São Paulo, an LL.M. in Law and Global Economy from New York University, an LL.M. in Asian Legal Studies from the National University of Singapore, and a Double Doctorate (Dual Diploma) in Comparative Institutional Economics from Universiteit Gent and Università di Torino. Has been a Visiting Professor and Senior Researcher at various international institutions, including the Department of Politics and International Studies (POLIS) at the University of Cambridge (United Kingdom), the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition (Germany), the NUS School of Public Policy (Singapore), the Faculty of Law at the University of Copenhagen (Denmark), Cornell Law School (USA), and the School of Law at FGV-SP.
