The Permanent Forum on Genocide and Crimes against Humanity, organized in partnership with professors from USP, has just resulted in the publication of an important collective work: Genocide and Crimes against Humanity, launched by Editora Almedina.
The book was coordinated by Professor Arthur Capella (IRI-USP), Professor Paulo Borba Casella (FD-USP), and Professor Felipe Nicolau Pimentel Alamino (GEPIM-USP), and brings together contributions from researchers who participated in the Forum between 2020 and 2022.
The work presents reflections on central themes of the Forum's agenda, such as ethnic and religious conflicts, gender-based sexual crimes, the Armenian genocide, the genocide of indigenous peoples, the genocide of black Brazilians, the Holocaust, and denialism, among others.
